Delivery
We can deliver across the UK mainland but to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. We can also deliver to mainland Europe the charges for which will be dependant on item order and destination.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.
Delivery Charges
The delivery charge for each item is listed on the product detail page underneath the 'Add to Basket' button. When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered however with many of our products weighing under 25Kgs.

Delivery Times
Delivery of stocked items is normally within 7-10 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and may incur a longer delivery lead time. Should an item not be in stock and on back-order with the manufacturer, we will advise you accordingly with an anticipated delivery period.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. Good delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 6pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, upto 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location (non-mainland UK or remote locations may take longer).
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.
We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service and we will do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 2 working days of receipt and all goods to be kept in original packaging. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
Warranty
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from the Cooltech Leisure Ltd and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
All Dometic and WAECO products are covered by a 2 year warranty. If a product is faulty please contact Dometic on 0844 626 0133 who will arrange the repair of the product. In the unlikely event that a product is not repairable and an exchange is necessary, Dometic will arrange this accordingly. This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.
Cancelled Orders after Dispatch
Orders cancelled after goods dispatched should be returned in their original condition, unopened packaging and with any seals and shrink wrap intact with customer being responsible for returning the goods. Please contact sales@cooltechleisure.co.uk to make arrangements for returning item.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items to ensure re-saleable condition, a refund of all money paid for the goods excluding delivery costs will be effected with a further deduction of £50.00 to cover administrative charges.
Returned items are the the customers expense and must be fully insured.
Any cancellations must be informed to sales@cooltechleisure.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and with no returns accepted after 14 days.
