Power Efficiency: The Majestic L152ES draws 0.7 Amp @ 12V which is less than 10 Watts of power while watching TV. The Majestic L152ES is our pinnacle of low power consumption for LED TV’s, proving that clever design really can be energy efficient. Voltage Range: The Majestic range of LED TV’s are designed to easily handle flexible voltage ranges from 9V to 16V DC. The TV will exceed these limits for a short period of time. A large voltage range is another important factor for TV’s that are used in the 12 Volt mobile environment. The biggest problem is power in boats and RV can run pretty low,and given the sensitivity of most LED TV’s they simply stop working once you go below 11.5V, and most of them certainly don’t like power over 13V to 14V. One Touch Tuning: One Touch TV tuning, this is a special feature our engineering team have added to the TV’s. This cool easy to use feature is designed for those travellers that are constantly moving from one location to another and then need to tune in the local TV stations. The Majestic TV remotes now have a “scan” button, so simply push this button and the TV will do a full scan for you. This means you no longer need to fumble around the software menu to remember how to re-tune the TV.

USB Functions: The USB input provides two functions, one as a Multi Media input so you can simply plug in your portable hard drive with all your movies and music and the TV will access all your files and playback whatever you choose. The second and very important feature is PVR, Personal Video Recording. This allows you to put in a USB (which the TV will need to format) and then when you are watching TV you can select record and the TV will record your movie or TV station to your USB device to allow you to play back at any later date. The PVR function is only available for DVB-T Freeview and not for Satellite.

TV Reception: The most important factor in being able to receive TV signal is the TV Tuner. Most companies do not invest the time or money to enhance the TV tuner because in most cases the TV tuner is connected to a cable system with a strong signal level. However in boats and RV’s Digital TV reception is all they have access to (unless they have satellite installed). So the team of engineers at Majestic have been working to ensure that the TV tuner is of the highest possible gain using the latest in SMT technology. This ensures that the weakest signal is still amplified to give you the best possible signal reception in those distance and difficult areas.

TV Tuner: HD Digital DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 TV Tuners built into the Majestic TV allows you to be able to select which system to you want to watch. The DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 HD tuner is for Freeview TV for those that do not have satellite but want to get digital TV signal using their roof mount TV antenna. Be sure to check out the Majestic UFOX TV antenna too, as this will give you the optimum performance when you have the matched set.

Weight: The physical design of the L152ES is to be able to withstand the harsh Outback and tough Marine environment. Weighing only 1.2Kg allows this TV to be mounted in almost any location without stressing the surface and with a 100x100mm Vesa hole spacing this TV can be mounted in various different locations using any of the Majestic brackets, from the LA7C simple wall bracket, to the ARM2601 swing arm with locking pin. The TV can be installed almost anywhere and with the wide viewing angles you will always see the perfect picture.
